If you are a NEW STUDENT, from the MY INFO tab, under Sign In, enter your email address and click “Need new password?” This will then lead you through the steps to create a password which you will need to remember for future access to the site. If YOUR CHILD is the student, please note that the account is usually under the student’s name/your child’s name.
There are two types of payments, Services and Recurring Payments Contracts, that can be made on this site. These are different options in the ONLINE STORE tab.
Here are some important notes about our online payments:
- All payments are non-refundable unless the program is cancelled by Davis Square Martial Arts. Other payments may be transferred to credit toward future tuition at the discretion of the management.
- Any Recurring Payments – Contracts can be cancelled at any time with 30 days prior notice.
- For Kids 1x/week and 2x/week classes and for all Adult Classes, payment options are located under Recurring Payments – Contracts.
- For any kids program, discounted sibling tuition applies to the lower tuition amount and to additional children only.
Services
Here you will be able to make one-time payments for services such as:
- Test Fees
- Registration Fees
- Demonstration Fees
- Kids Summer Program Weeks
- Advanced Programs (e.g., 2nd degree black belt, sparring, leadership)
Recurring Payments – Contracts
Here you can set up a series of payments for the following:
- Kids 1x/week and 2x/week classes
- Adult Kung Fu, Tai Chi or Combined Classes at 1-month, 6-month or 12-month recurring payments. These contracts may be cancelled at any time with 30 days prior notice.
- Parents Class 1-month recurring payments for 10 months
